I enjoyed your 12 days. It was a lot of fun. I might just use that idea myself another year. You were very creative! I'm wondering if you made your countdown end a few days before Christmas so that you would not have anything to worry about before Christmas. If this is the case, that was really smart of you. I hope you have a lovely Christmas.

Heather--I did think that not only would I not really want to think about making sure everything was ready to go (I had these scheduled ahead of time, but sometimes photos needed to be added) but I thought, who on earth wants to read my blog on Christmas, or even during this week when they're all doing that last minute kind of stuff. I'm taking a semi break. I may pop in to a few places, but I may not. This is a family week. I'll be back in action next week.

Taking a break from the blogosphere is a truly inspired idea. We did the same thing and it was great. Allows you to return to the land of blogging a bit more energized than before. :)

You have such an amazingly beautiful family. I love logging onto your site and checking out the photos. And look, you managed to complete your 12 days of Christmas posts. What fun! Your idea for 12 candy canes was inspired. A wonderful ending!

Happy New Year!
