In fact, I would LOVE to do the beef chunks just so that I can purchase them afterwards. I have been out of town at inopportune times it seems this year. But then, is there ever really a GOOD time to go and a good time to do the things we need to do to be prepared? If it were easy then everyone would be prepared, right?
